4. Varför behandlar vi dina personuppgifter?

Hantera bokningar och anmälningar
Vi använder dina uppgifter för att administrera dina bokningar och anmälningar till våra kurser, aktiviteter och event samt för att kunna kommunicera med dig om dessa.
Hantera betalningar
När du genomför en betalning behandlas nödvändiga betalningsuppgifter av vår betalningsleverantör Stripe.
Vi behandlar även uppgifter som behövs för fakturering och bokföring.
Besvara frågor och kontaktförfrågningar
Om du kontaktar oss via ett formulär eller via e-post använder vi de uppgifter du lämnar för att kunna besvara din fråga och hantera ditt ärende.
Skicka nyhetsbrev
Om du väljer att prenumerera på vårt nyhetsbrev använder vi din e-postadress för att skicka information och nyheter från Swing in Motion.
Du kan när som helst avsluta din prenumeration genom att följa avregistreringslänken i nyhetsbrevet.
Statistik och utveckling av webbplatsen
Vi använder Squarespace Analytics för att förstå hur webbplatsen används och för att kunna förbättra innehåll, funktionalitet och användarupplevelse.
Squarespace Analytics kan samla in teknisk information om besök på webbplatsen, exempelvis information om enhet, webbläsare, besökta sidor och hur webbplatsen används.
5. Rättslig grund
Vi behandlar personuppgifter med stöd av en eller flera av följande rättsliga grunder enligt GDPR:
Avtal: När behandlingen är nödvändig för att vi ska kunna fullgöra ett avtal med dig, exempelvis hantera en bokning eller ett köp.
Rättslig förpliktelse: När vi behöver behandla personuppgifter för att uppfylla lagstadgade krav, exempelvis bokföringslagstiftningen.
Samtycke: När du har lämnat ditt samtycke, exempelvis för vissa typer av cookies eller annan behandling där samtycke krävs.
Berättigat intresse: När behandlingen är nödvändig för ett berättigat intresse som väger tyngre än ditt intresse av skydd för dina personuppgifter, exempelvis vissa former av kommunikation och administration.
När vi behandlar uppgifter med stöd av samtycke kan du när som helst återkalla ditt samtycke.

7. Squarespace
Vår webbplats är byggd och drivs med hjälp av Squarespace.
Squarespace kan behandla personuppgifter på våra vägnar i samband med exempelvis webbplatsens drift, formulär, nyhetsbrev, analysfunktioner och andra funktioner som vi använder.
Squarespace kan även använda underleverantörer och behandla personuppgifter i andra länder. Sådan behandling sker enligt de mekanismer och skyddsåtgärder som Squarespace anger i sin dokumentation och sina avtalsvillkor.
8. Stripe
Vi använder Stripe för att hantera betalningar.
När du genomför en betalning kan Stripe behandla personuppgifter och betalningsinformation som krävs för att genomföra transaktionen, förebygga bedrägerier och uppfylla rättsliga krav.
Vi lagrar inte dina fullständiga kortuppgifter själva.
Stripe behandlar personuppgifter enligt sina egna villkor och sin integritetspolicy.
9. Nyhetsbrev
Om du anmäler dig till vårt nyhetsbrev behandlar vi din e-postadress för att kunna skicka nyhetsbrevet.
Du kan när som helst avsluta prenumerationen genom avregistreringslänken i våra utskick.
När du avslutar prenumerationen slutar vi skicka nyhetsbrev till dig. Vi kan dock behöva behålla vissa uppgifter i våra system för att säkerställa att vi respekterar din avregistrering.
10. Meta och annonsering
Vi använder Metas plattformar och verktyg för att skapa och publicera annonser, exempelvis på Facebook och Instagram.
När du interagerar med våra annonser på Facebook eller Instagram kan Meta behandla personuppgifter i enlighet med Metas egen integritetspolicy. Detta kan exempelvis omfatta information om ditt konto, dina interaktioner med annonser och hur du använder Metas tjänster.
Vi använder för närvarande inte Meta Pixel på vår webbplats och använder inte Meta för att spåra ditt beteende på vår webbplats genom Meta Pixel.
Om vi i framtiden börjar använda ytterligare funktioner för exempelvis konverteringsmätning, remarketing eller spårning på vår webbplats kommer denna integritetspolicy och vår cookiehantering att uppdateras vid behov.
11. Vilka kan få tillgång till personuppgifter?
Vi delar endast personuppgifter när det är nödvändigt för de ändamål som beskrivs i denna policy eller när vi är skyldiga att göra det enligt lag.
Personuppgifter kan exempelvis behandlas av:
Squarespace, som tillhandahåller vår webbplatsplattform och relaterade funktioner
Stripe, för betalningshantering
Meta, i samband med annonsering på deras plattformar
andra leverantörer som vi använder för att driva vår verksamhet och som behandlar personuppgifter på våra vägnar
Sådana leverantörer behandlar personuppgifter enligt våra instruktioner när de fungerar som personuppgiftsbiträden.
Vi säljer inte dina personuppgifter.
12. Överföring av personuppgifter utanför EU/EES
Vissa av våra leverantörer kan behandla personuppgifter i länder utanför EU/EES.
Om personuppgifter överförs utanför EU/EES säkerställer vi att överföringen sker i enlighet med GDPR och med lämpliga skyddsåtgärder, exempelvis genom ett beslut om adekvat skyddsnivå eller EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler när dessa är tillämpliga.
13. Hur länge sparar vi personuppgifter?
Vi sparar personuppgifter endast så länge som det är nödvändigt för det ändamål för vilket de samlades in, eller så länge som vi är skyldiga att göra det enligt lag.
Exempelvis:
Boknings- och kunduppgifter sparas så länge det är nödvändigt för att administrera kundrelationen och uppfylla våra rättsliga skyldigheter.
Bokföringsunderlag sparas enligt de krav som följer av gällande bokföringslagstiftning.
Uppgifter för nyhetsbrev sparas tills du avslutar din prenumeration, med förbehåll för eventuell information som behöver sparas för att respektera ditt avregistreringsval.
Uppgifter från kontaktförfrågningar sparas så länge det är nödvändigt för att hantera och följa upp ärendet.
Analys- och cookieuppgifter sparas enligt de lagringsperioder som gäller för respektive tjänst och cookie.
När personuppgifterna inte längre behövs raderas eller anonymiseras de.
14. Dina rättigheter
Du har enligt GDPR rätt att, under vissa förutsättningar:
begära tillgång till dina personuppgifter
begära rättelse av felaktiga eller ofullständiga uppgifter
begära radering av dina personuppgifter
begära begränsning av behandlingen
invända mot viss behandling

Observera att vissa uppgifter kan behöva sparas även efter en begäran om radering, exempelvis när vi enligt lag är skyldiga att behålla dem.

Vi vidtar lämpliga tekniska och organisatoriska säkerhetsåtgärder för att skydda dina personuppgifter mot obehörig åtkomst, förlust, ändring eller annan otillåten behandling.

We do not store your complete card details ourselves.
Stripe processes personal data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
9. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address in order to send you the newsletter.
You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our communications.
When you unsubscribe, we will stop sending newsletters to you. However, we may need to retain certain information in our systems to ensure that we respect your unsubscribe request.
10. Meta and Advertising
We use Meta's platforms and tools to create and publish advertisements, for example on Facebook and Instagram.
When you interact with our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may process personal data in accordance with Meta's own Privacy Policy. This may include information about your account, your interactions with advertisements and how you use Meta's services.
We currently do not use Meta Pixel on our website and do not use Meta to track your behaviour on our website through Meta Pixel.
If we begin using additional features in the future, such as conversion tracking, remarketing or tracking on our website, this Privacy Policy and our cookie management will be updated as necessary.
11. Who May Have Access to Your Personal Data?
We only share personal data when necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or when we are legally required to do so.
